Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Postage within Australia is currently $19.95 per pair. Worldwide postage may be arranged, but rates vary by destination and parcel requirements, so please inquire before placing an international order.
Any applicable shipping, taxes, duties, or import costs outside Australia are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Showroom visits are by appointment so we can prepare the right time and attention for each customer. Appointment availability may change due to business needs, staff availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please use the appointment management link in your confirmation email or contact us as soon as possible.
Custom made shoes and special orders are produced or sourced based on the details selected or confirmed by the customer. Production and delivery timing can vary, and estimated timeframes are not a guarantee.
Please check size, colour, heel, and style details carefully before confirming a custom made or special order.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping, appointment, and order details. If your details need to be corrected, contact us as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible.

Product images and colours
We photograph our shoes as accurately as we can, but screens vary and fabrics
like satin and glitter can appear different in person. Slight variation between
the photo and the shoe you receive isn't a fault.
Custom-made orders
Custom-made shoes are produced to the size and heel height you select, with a
5 to 8 week lead time. Please double-check your selections before ordering -
see our Return and refund policy for how we handle change-of-mind on custom
orders.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may
change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
