Why should I buy from Everise Dance Shoes?

Everise is a Perth-based dance shoe boutique focused on ballroom, Latin, social, practice, and performance shoes. We curate shoes for dancers, offer online convenience, and provide personal support when fit or heel choice needs care.

How do I place an order?

Choose your product, select the available size and heel options, add it to cart, and complete checkout securely. If you are unsure about a size or option, contact us before placing the order.

What if I cannot place my order online?

Email everisedance@gmail.com or send a message through the Contact page. Please include the product name, size, heel, quantity, phone number, and shipping address so we can help quickly.

Are all sizes in stock?

We try to keep stock information accurate, but some sizes can sell out quickly. If the size you need is not available, we can advise whether a restock or custom made option is possible. Custom made or restock timing is usually around 6 to 7 weeks before dispatch.

Do you ship within Australia?

Yes. Postage within Australia is $19.95 per pair. Tracking is provided when your parcel is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide shipping can be arranged. Please inquire for current international rates before ordering, as costs vary by destination and parcel requirements.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items are prepared after payment and sent as soon as practical. Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. Custom made or restock orders usually need about 6 to 7 weeks before they are ready to dispatch.

Can I book a showroom fitting?

Yes. Showroom fittings are by appointment at 14 Montpelier Loop, Canning Vale. Appointments are available Monday to Saturday, 10:00am to 4:00pm, subject to availability.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are shown during Shopify checkout. Please complete payment through checkout unless the Everise team has given you separate instructions for a manual order.

Can I exchange shoes if the size does not fit?

Exchanges may be considered for shoes that are completely new, unworn, and returned in suitable condition. Please contact us first before sending anything back. Return and re-shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by an Everise error.

You can select your ideal shoes style, and custom made with any heel height of your choice (for eg. 1.8" or 2.2" or 3.0" heel).

How to place an order?

1. Choose your favorite item and click on the "Place order" button. 
2. Choose your preferred payment option 
3. Fill in the product options such as shoe size and heel height. 
4. Submit your order online.

What is your stock availability?

Subject to our stock availability, your shoes will be dispatch to your address immediately once full payment is received. 

Whilst we attempt to make our best effort to keep all sizes in stock, it is not possible that every sizes are available at all times. In case the shoes size you requested is not in stock, we will backorder your shoes sizes. Please allow 6 to 7 weeks for the shoes to be delivered. 

For custom made shoes, we will place your order to our dance shoes manufacturer once full payment is received. Your shoes will be sent out to your address via Express Post once they arrives in our shipment.

We welcome all emails to confirm stock availability before placing your order.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we do. We ship everywhere in the world.

How long does it take to get my order?

Your shoes will be specially made from our dance shoes manufacturer. The anticipated delivery time is approximately 6 to 7 weeks from made to delivery. However, if we currently have the size you required in stock, they will be shipped to you immediately upon receiving your full payment. We will ship your shoes via Express Post and in most cases only takes within 3 working days (within Australia ONLY).


How much is the postage?

Customers pay all postage and handling costs: 

Express Post --- AUD$15.95 per pair (within Australia)
Economy Air --- AUD$25 per pair (World Wide) 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards and also PayPal,Direct Deposit, cheque and Money Order . We won't ship the merchandises until your money order is cashed or cheque is cleared.

What is paypal?

PayPal is our preferred payment system. It lets anyone with an email address to securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account without disclosing financial details. Customers can use PayPal to quickly and easily pay for items on our website.

Is exchange permitted?

Exchange is permitted in case the size you have chosen does not fit you well. We reserve the rights to examine the returned shoes, and we will happily exchange the correct size for you, provided the shoes are in completely new, and unworn condition. Please refer to our Return Policy below. 

Return Policy

All Sales Are Final - Strictly No refund. Buyer pays all re-shipping fees for exchange of shoes.

All return goods are subject to the following conditions:

- No scratches/marks on the return shoes

- Completely new, unworn condition

- We will not be responsible for damage caused during the transit of the returned shoes. It is recommended that you use Express or Registered Post service.

In most cases, the exchange of shoes will take between 5 to 10 business days.
